Warren and Judy have been on the staff at Calvary Chapel for 24 years. Since February 2005, they have been serving the church as the Senior Pastors, or Senior Servants as they like to call it. They are passionate about building a healthy, significant and relevant church which reaches and serves it's community with love and the good news of Jesus Christ.

Apart from his role as the visionary and primary teacher at Calvary Chapel, Warren is also the Vice President of the Foursquare Church in Australia. Judy oversees Calvary Women and is also a part of the executive team involved with Foursquare Women in Australia.

Warren and Judy have been married for 24 years and have three children; Joel, Brittany and Ethan

Paul and Edita have been members of Calvary Chapel for over 21 years and have served on the pastoral team for 11 years. They are passionate about the things of God , the importance and relevance of the local church. They love seeing people grow in their faith and utilising their gifts and talents God to serve God.

Paul is the Director of an IT recruitment company and works in a bi-vocational capacity at the church. He brings over 20 years of Business and Church leadership experience to the vital role of Executive Pastor at Calvary Chapel. Edita oversees the church's Creative Team and is also a key leader in the Children’s Ministry.

Paul and Edita have been married for 18 years and have three children; Jesse, Emilie and Elijah.

Naomi and Kristian have been a members of Calvary Chapel for 29 years. They currently head up the whole children's ministry. They are passionate about seeing the next generation becoming all God created them to be.

Naomi has a diploma in Early Childhood Teaching, has taught in Primary School and was a Preschool Director for 4 years. They also ran a retail business for 7 years.

Kristian and Naomi have been married for 17 years and have three children; Chloe, Zackary, and Noah.

Geoff Allen has been a member of Calvary Chapel for over 22 years. Geoffrey was a Detective Chief Inspector in the New South Wales Police Force and had worked for over 30 years in the Canterbury/Bankstown areas of south west Sydney until his retirement last year.

He is now our Community Pastor, which is one of our passions here at Calvary Chapel, to reach out to our local community to make them feel that we appreciate and care for them. Geoff has also been leader of our thriving Men’s Ministry for several years now.

Geoff has been married to Jenny for 30 years and they have one daughter, Belinda.

Dave and Melissa have been part of Calvary Chapel for 21 years and have served in various leadership roles during that time. They have been part of the pastoral team at Calvary Chapel for almost 3 years. Together, they lead the worship team and are committed to the excellence of praise and worship in God's house.

Dave and Melissa have been married for almost 19 years and have five children; Caleb, Lliana, Jemma, Aimee-Jae and Tylah.

George and Tanya have been at Calvary Chapel since 1992 and have been serving on the pastoral team for 3 years. They have a unique ability to relate to young adults and to connect into their world with the life and love of Jesus.

George is a business owner and brings his skills in the marketplace into the leadership team at Calvary Chapel. Tanya works with her husband and is also a part of the Womens leadership and serves in various other areas within church life.

George and Tanya have been married for 16 years and have three children; Jordan, Taylah and Maddison.

Bec and Cristian have served Calvary Chapel on the pastoral team for 5 years. They are totally committed to seeing teenagers passionately follow God and reach their generation for God. They lead an amazing team of leaders who make church the best place to be on the planet!

Apart from the youth ministry they serve in various other capacities. Cristian oversess the sound and Bec is a worship leader and songwriter.

Cristian and Bec have been married for 10 years and have one son, Caleb.
